SHANE WALKER

An accomplished litigator, Shane focuses his practice on the defense of construction industry clients and a large number of personal injury and general liability matters. With more than twenty years of experience, he brings skillful leadership to the defense of both individuals and companies. He has had the opportunity to practice in venues across North Carolina, delivering impeccable results and an exceptional client experience.

Shane’s extensive trial experience has led to defense verdicts in more than 30 jury trials including medical malpractice, land disputes, and personal injury. His litigation success is a testament to his personal motivation and commitment to his clients.

Personable and relatable, Shane holds an innate ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds and experiences. The first attorney in his family, Shane’s perspective is further shaped by his upbringing in a small, rural town. He thrives in a courtroom setting and face-to-face interactions with his clients.

When not aggressively defending his clients, Shane enjoys spending time with friends and family and his rescue dog, Bentley. Shane is a competitive runner and recently completed his first ½ marathon placing first in his age group.
